Some products are vacuum-pressed and roll-packed, hence package-size is reduced; which on unpacking retain it's shape within 6 to 48 hours (depending on the product)

Unpacking Instructions
Please cut the vacuum pack (plastic cover) carefully. Make sure you do not cut the product.
Take out the (vacuum pressed) the product which will re-fluff/ retain its original shape within 6 to 24 hrs.
If required, you may adjust the outer cover accordingly.
